All orders and sales placed through the Contigo webshop of kambukka bvba will be liable to following sales and delivery conditions.

Kambukka bvba has the right to modify or adapt their general terms and conditions at any time.  It is the responsibility of the customer to consult these conditions regularly.

Kambukka bvba guaranties that the delivered product answers to this agreement and meets the specifications noted in the mentioned product description.

1. Your order

Every order is an acceptance of the buying customer that he consents with these general terms and conditions. After his purchase the customer will receive a confirmation of his order by email. The agreement is only settles as soon as Kambukka bvba has sent a confirmation email to the buying customer to the stated email address. Kambukka bvba has the right to refuse orders due to aberrant conditions.

To change or cancel an order that isn’t paid, but did receive a confirmation email for, you don’t have to take action.

To modify an order that is already paid for, but has not been sent out yet, you can contact our customer service via customerservice@kambukka.com

Orders will be treated every working day from 8u30 until 22h30. Orders made after 22h30 will be handled the next day.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery will take place as long as stock lasts.
Products will only be delivered to countries in which the website allows. Excluding islands.
Faulty given addresses are the responsibility of the customer and can bring additional costs. Unless otherwise stated, our prices do not include transportation or delivery of the goods to the customer. The costs of transportation and delivery will be mentioned separately.

The mentioned delivery terms are not binding, but are just given as an indication. A delay of delivery cannot give rise to the breach of the purchase or payment or to a reimbursement in the advantage of the customer, only in case of intentional delay. We have the right to perform partial deliveries. In the case when the goods couldn’t or weren’t delivered, the customer can get a full refund of the paid amount without interest or other forms of reimbursements.
Goods will only be shipped after payment of the full amount.

Delivery will be free of charge:

In Belgium with a purchase of €40 or more

In The Netherlands and Germany with a purchase of €40 or more

In France and UK with a purchase of €50 or more

In Italy, Spain, Denmark, Austria, Poland and Luxembourg with a purchase of €70 or more

All other countries where Contigo delivers, with purchase of €80 or more

Shipping of packages will take, depending on the country 1 to 4 days:

Belgium / Luxembourg / Netherlands: 1 working day

France: 2 working days

Germany: 2 working days

UK: 3 working  days

Ireland : 3 working days

Italy: 4 working days

Spain: 3 working days

Other European countries : 3-4-5 working days

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email from the webshop system. Also, the transporter will send an email stating that the goods were retrieved and are being prepared for delivery. You can use this mail to postpone the delivery or modify the delivery address.

The transporter will offer the package 2 times, each time announced in an e-mail addressed to you. The delivery is offered maximum 2 times . If you are not present both times, the goods will be sent back to our headquarters . If this is the case, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost a second time, so that we can ship the goods once more to you.

The shipping costs vary from country to country.

3. Pricing and payment methods

The prices listed on the webshop are including VAT and in Euros. The prices in the shop are excluding shipment costs. These will be charged separately upon completion of the order. Purchases can only be paid online.

All prices are per piece , unless indicated otherwise.

Prices are without prejudice of mistakes. Kambukka bvba is not liable for any consequences of these errors and cannot be held responsible for price indications that are incorrect . In case of a reduction or promotions on a certain product,  and the consumer bought this product right before or after this promotion, he can make no claim on a reimbursement of the price difference.

Payments always happen on beforehand . Only if the payment is done correctly, the package will be sent .

Orders that are not paid after a period of 14 days will be automatically canceled.


4. Withdrawal right

The consumer has the right to inform Kambukka bvba that he renounces the purchase without having to pay a fine and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the products . The consumer sends it back, in original packaging and, at his own risk and on his own expense.

Please note that items can only be sent back after you have reported this via email or phone. We always answer mails and telephone calls.

The article should be sent back in the same unused state (including labels). Always include delivery note accomponied with your name and address.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless an error was made by Kambukka bvba.

As soon as we receive the items in its original condition, your money will be paid back within 30 days.

If the goods have been used , encumbered or damaged in any way, the right to terminate under this paragraph declines.
*The colours on our product pictures are always provisional and may differ from the colours in reality.

5. Warranty and defects

Kambukka bvba guarantees that the products , which are delivered to the customer, are of an excellent quality. When the customer receives the package, he immediately needs to check the goods to determine whether the products meet the agreement.

Complaints must , to be admissible, to reach us: ( a) in the case of complaints related to non -conforming delivery , eight ( 8) days after the delivery and ( b ) in the case of hidden defects, eight (8) days after discovery of the defect or after the time that such a discovery could reasonably happen.

Our warranty is limited to the warranty for hidden faults and the warranty in the case of consumer purchases, as stipulated in the Civil Code. We are only responsible for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for any indirect damages of any kind, incurred by the customer .


Our intention is that you are satisfied with your purchase. You have statutory warranty on the goods purchased within EMEA. The warranty is valid two years from the purchase date specified on the shop receipt. Note that "Lifetime guarantee" does not count for Europe, Africa or The Middle East. If the quality of the received article isn’t meeting your expectations , you may report your complaint via customerservice@kambukka.com . 

Note: If you have tried to repair a defect yourself or did not follow the manual or instructions, the warranty will void.

Did your parcel arrived defected? No problem. We will try to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Contact: customerservice@kambukka.com .

Contigo is not liable for defects caused by use or heavy use . Poor maintenance can cause malfunctions and are not eligible .

When sending products with defects, you should always send the receipt along. The product must also be sent in an acceptable state and fully cleaned.


6. Privacy

All information shared with us will be kept strictly confidential. Kambukka Bvba is responsible for the handling of personal information. We commit ourselves to respect the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy and the handling of personal information, and any regulations regarding this matter. Kambukka bvba will handle following information: contact information ( full name ( prename and last name) , address , telephone number, email address) and all information relating to orders (numbers, history , ...). Everyone who placed an order online has the right to access his / her personal data and to change this ( law of 8 December 1992). Please contact us via email customerservice@kambukka.com . If incorrect data are transmitted by the customer Kambukka bvba cannot be held liable when it is impossible to meet its obligations (for example, coverage or delivery) . Minors under 18 may only make purchases on the web shop Kambukka bvba in case of consent from parent or guardian.

Processing for marketing and personalized advertising is only take place if the customer 's explicit declaration of agreement during the ordering process. Kambukka bvba will not be permitted to transfer data to third parties.


7. Jurisdiction clause - applicable law


Any dispute relating to the Internet purchase falls under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts , at the option of the seller for the courts of the judicial district of Hasselt . The mentioned disputes will only be subordinated to the Belgian law.


8. Cleaning and maintenance tips

  • Contigo products cannot be used in the microwave or freezer.
  • Do not use detergents based bleach, chlorine, abrasives and / or other harsh chemicals.
  • Wash all components for use by hand in soapy water. Thoroughly rinse and dry. Always store without a lid.
  • If you purchased a cup with a brushed stainless steel ( no colored or painted housing), the housing is dishwasher safe .
  • If you purchased a cup with a painted case , we recommend to wash the body by hand.
