Warranty & Returns

What is the warranty on KAMBUKKA products?

KAMBUKKA offers a two-year limited warranty on all bottles purchased from kambukka.com and authorized retailers with proof of purchase.

Please note that this warranty covers only manufacturing defects of the product.

Worn parts, dents, scratches and chipped paint or any other misuse of product or care instructions within packaging (Dishwashing, etc.) are not cause for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, as they come from ordinary use of the product.

With regards to the array of bottles, our warranty covers any leak caused by a defect in the stainless steel material or in the lid. Intentional damage to and misuse of the product can void the warranty.

To report a claim, please send an email to customerservice@kambukka.com with proof of purchase, reason for claim and pictures of your bottle. Specifically, please send a full-length photo of the front of the bottle, the bottom of the bottle and the claimed damage or defect area, if applicable.

What are the terms and conditions for returns?

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.


To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resellable condition. To arrange a return please email customerservice@kambukka.com with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you details on where to send the returned item. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.


What is the return procedure?

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scratching), improper care, or abuse will not be replaced. However, items damaged due to manufacturer’s defect may be eligible for replacement.

Contact our customer service team(customerservice@kambukka.com) with your original order number and reason for the return.

Return your order in the original condition and packaging within 30 days of your purchase date.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your parcel.

No later than 30 days after receiving your return, the entire purchase amount for the product and the original shipping costs will be refunded to your account.
