How do I personalize my bottle?

  1. The print surface is located directly opposite the side with the Kambukka logo on the body
  2. Please note tolerances: the print result may differ slightly from the display in the configurator in terms of colour and position.
  3. We recommend using the configurator with the Chrome browser, on a laptop or PC. The configurator may display an incorrect result on older mobile devices or crash.
  4. TIP: Personalisation looks best on a plain background color (no design)

What is the delivery time of my personalized bottle?

We will always try to deliver as quickly as possible, but please note that it can take up to 7 working days for you to receive your item. But look at it this way... you’ve got something great to look forward to!

Can my personalized bottle go in the dishwasher?

No. Personalized bottles should be washed by hand.

I have received my super nice Kambukka bottle, but I am not completely satisfied. What should I do?

It goes without saying that we always try to go the extra mile for our customers, but we’re only human at the end of the day, so mistakes can sometimes happen.

Yes, of course! Kambukka is all about ease of use, which is why we also want to make it easy for you to personalise multiple bottles.

During the personalisation process, what do the red areas mean?

We’re always happy to help you get going with the personalisation process. For some bottles, you’ll find there are restrictions on what we can personalise.

So if you put your personalised message between the red areas, this section will be printed for you.

Why can't I personalize all bottles?

Here at Kambukka, we like to innovate and follow the latest trends. So it’s possible that certain colours might be out of stock, which means we don’t have the option to personalise them.

Can I also personalize large quantities?

Yes, of course! If you’re interested in that, please take a look at our co-brand page and go all the way. You can always contact us for larger orders as well.
