Can I cancel or edit my order?
We're not able to edit orders once they've been placed as we begin to process orders immediately after they are placed.
If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please reach out to us via our contact form with the details and we'll do our very best to take care of it.
I haven't received my order yet
For every order an order confirmation is sent within minutes – provided you have entered your email address correctly, of course. Have you checked your spam folder yet? Occasionally the confirmation ends up there.
If you really have not received an order confirmation, please fill in our contact form and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
