Can I cancel or edit my order?

After you have placed your order, we unfortunately cannot cancel it as all orders are processed immediately to ensure prompt delivery.If you do not then want your ordered Kambukka, you can refuse delivery at the time the delivery driver presents himself.

I haven't received my order yet

For every order an order confirmation is sent within minutes – provided you have entered your email address correctly, of course. Have you checked your spam folder yet? Occasionally the confirmation ends up there.
