In Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Austria and Denmark with a purchase of € 44.95 or more.

In Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hongaria, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Sweden and Finland with a purchase of € 70 or more.

In Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Switzerland, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Norway, Latvia with a purchase of € 80 or more

In Malta, Cyprus and Iceland with a purchase of € 120 or more.

The shipping costs vary from country to country.

In Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hongaria, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Sweden and Finland : € 9.95

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Shipping of packages will take, depending on the country 1 to 4 days:

Netherlands: 1 working day

Belgium / Luxembourg: working days

France: 2 working days

Germany: 2 working days

Ireland : 3 working days

Italy: 4 working days

Spain: 3 working days


Other European countries : 3-4-5 working days

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email from the webshop system. Also, the transporter will send an email stating that the goods were retrieved and are being prepared for delivery. You can use this mail to postpone the delivery or modify the delivery address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped out we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

To check the status of your package, please click on the link and it will take you to the shipping vendors website. This function allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email.

Please note that the tracking status does not update until the carrier has received your package at their distribution center
